Greek Chicken Kabobs are easy and flavorful! No boring chicken here! Marinated in lemon, garlic, and oregano this chicken is juicy, tasty and makes the best chicken! This recipe makes 5 chicken kabobs usually. The amount may change depending on how big your chicken peices are and how many chicken peices you put on each stick.

Instructions
In a bowl squeeze your lemons, making sure to get all of the juice out of them. Add in the oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add your chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Make sure all of your chicken pieces are covered.
Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 6 hours, or overnight. You can also place the chicken and marinade in a zip top bag to marinate it.
After the chicken has marinaded. Heat your grill on medium heat.
Make your chicken kabobs by stringing the chicken on the kabob stick.
Place chicken kabobs on the grill and let them cook for 8 minutes. Turn the chicken kabobs over and let them cook for another 5-8 minutes, or until the are done and a meat thermometer reads 165° in the thickest piece of chicken (without it touching the kabob stick).
Remove from the grill and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes 5 kabobs for me, but you may end up with more or less depending on the size of your chicken pieces and how much chicken you put on each stick. If you have smaller kids or smaller eaters, you can cut the stick in half and make little kabobs!
