This coleslaw is fast and easy to make and perfect as side dish for your BBQ or loaded on a pulled pork sandwich! Makes about 5 cups
1bag(14 oz.) Coleslaw
2 1/2tbsp.white sugar
2tsplemon juice, fresh squeezed
black pepper to taste
Mix up all the ingredients and then pour over the coleslaw. Mix until the coleslaw is covered evenly. This can be stored in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, but will need to be stirred when serving again to mix up the sauce that will settle at the bottom.
