1lb.(16 oz.) Rotini Spiral Pasta, cooked and cooled
1/2lb.salami, cubed
1/2lb.provolone cheese, cubedsee notes
3 oz.pepperoni slices, cut in half(about half of a 6 oz. package- you can add more as desired)
1largegreen bell pepper, cut into small pieces
2cupscherry tomatoes, halved
1(10 oz.)can black olives, drained (whole, cut in half or sliced olives)
1(16 oz.)bottle Zesty Italian Dressingsee notes (make sure it is Zesty Italian - I prefer Kraft brand)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over all of the ingredients and mix well.This salad can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can add a little bit more dressing as needed when serving again.
Notes
You can usually only find provolone cheese slices by all of the prepackaged cheese. You may need to go to your deli counter and ask them to cut you a block of cheese that you can cube yourself.I use almost all of the Zesty Italian Dressing on my salad. I leave a little bit to add in the next day if I am planning on having leftovers. If you aren't planning on leftovers, you can add the entire bottle of dressing, or add to taste.Make sure you use Zesty Italian Dressing- it has the best flavor!Any of the ingredients you don't like can be left out. You can also add more of the ingredients you do like! (I always like more provolone and more pepperoni!)
