Ingredients
1cupoatmeal*dry, not cooked
1/2cupcreamy peanut butter*if you like chunky that is ok too
1/2cupground flaxseed
1/2cupchocolate chips*any type, milk chocolate or semi-sweet
1/3cuphoney
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll the protein bite dough into balls. I use about 1 heaping tablespoon but you can make them as big or as small as you like. You should get around 15, more or less, depending on how big of bites you make.
Store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them. (Just take them out of the freezer to soften before eating them.
