Pina Colada Fruit Dip
This fruit dip is sweet and creamy. The Pina Colada coconut flavor is fresh with a hint of pineapple. The perfect fruit dip or dip for cookies or graham crackers!
This recipe makes about 4 cups of fruit dip.

Ingredients

oz.
cream cheese, softened
(1 brick)

oz.
Cool Whip, thawed
3/4
cup
Cream of Coconut
*not Coconut Cream
1/2
cup
pineapple juice
*usually in a can - see blog post above for photo
1/2
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
**You can use a stand mixer to mix the cream cheese so it is smooth before adding the other ingredients.
Serve with fresh fruit, cookies or sweet crackers.
This can be stored in your fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Make sure you get Cream of Coconut (by the drink mixers) not Coconut Cream (that is too runny). See the blog post above.
