How Do I Make Creamy Cowboy Caviar Dip?
Creamy Cowboy Caviar can be made in about 20 minutes or less. It is a super easy dip recipe that is full of flavor with little effort!
Chop up the green and red bell pepper. Try and remove the seeds the best you can before chopping the peppers.

Dice/chop the red onion.

Finely chop the jalapeno. Leaving some seeds from the jalapeno in the dip will make it a bit spicier, so if you do not want a lot of spice/heat try and remove all of the jalapeno seeds when you are chopping it up.

If adding cilantro: Finely chop the cilantro. If you absolutely hate cilantro, it can be left out!
Drain and rinse the sweet corn and black beans. If you choose to use frozen sweet corn, run it under hot water until it is thawed and soft like canned corn.

In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix it all together. If you want a stronger taco flavor, you can add more taco seasoning.
TIP: If your cream cheese is softened it will mix up easier.

In the same bowl, add to the sauce, the peppers, jalapeno, onion, black beans, sweet corn and cilantro (if adding).

Mix the veggies in the creamy sauce and salt and pepper the dip to taste.
