Easy Homemade Pizza is fast and easy to make. This pizza sauce is made with simple ingredients but is so much better than store bought sauce!
We LOVE Pizza at our house! With 3 boys it is on our menu quite often. Whether we are eating take out pizza at home, going to our favorite pizza joint to eat-in, or are making homemade pizza at home, we love it!
Homemade Pizza is one of our favorite things to make together! My boys love rolling out the dough and adding their own toppings! Making Homemade Pizza is so fun and the boys love that they can put the toppings they love on their own personal pizza!
Ingredients in the Sauce
We make homemade pizza dough, so of course we need to make homemade pizza sauce too! Homemade Pizza Sauce is so easy to make and tastes so much better than bottled sauce (in my opinion).
For the pizza sauce you will need tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese (the bottled kind), onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, Italian Seasoning, white sugar, ground oregano and red pepper flakes (optional).
DO NOT use tomato sauce- it will be way to runny.
Making Homemade Pizza Sauce
This pizza sauce is fast and easy to make. Just measure all of the ingredients and mix them together. You can adjust the seasonings to your liking.
We use this homemade pizza sauce whenever we are making homemade pizza and it makes the pizza every bit as good anything you can order from your local pizza place! It is delicious on pizzas, or used as a sauce for dip!
Hope you enjoy!
